Andrew was raised in Mandeville, Louisiana. He graduated from Baylor University in 2010 with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting and Risk Management & Insurance. Andrew began his career by working in a variety of roles for commercial insurance carriers, most recently as a manager of CNA Insurance’s construction underwriting team in Houston, Texas. In 2018, Andrew spent 3 years with an independent insurance agency as a Senior Producer in Houston. He provided insurance and risk management solutions to large private companies in a variety of industries – including construction, manufacturing, wholesale/retail, energy and real estate. Andrew is also an active member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and holds a University Associate Certified Insurance Counselor (UACIC) industry designation.

Andrew joined Bailey Insurance in 2021, where he currently serves as a Commercial Insurance Producer. His educational background and experience working for different insurance carriers and independent agencies gives him a unique perspective and ability to serve his clients’ needs. Andrew takes pride in being a proactive and dependable business partner who delivers value to his clients through a detail-oriented and customer-focused consultative approach.

Andrew and his wife, Meredith, were married in 2011. Together, they have four daughters – Ezra, Eva, Eden & Ellis. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and being actively involved in his church.
