Larry Wayman began his career in insurance and risk management when he joined the agency in 1988 after receiving a BBA degree in Management & Real Estate from Baylor University. He received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1991 and his Certified Risk Manager designation in 2004.

Throughout his career Larry has been a member of several professional associations including the Agents Advisory Council for the Texas Workers Compensation Fund. He is also very involved with his alma mater, serving as a board member of the Baylor Alumni Association from 1987-1989.

Larry is Past President of Downtown Waco Incorporated, Past President of the School Board of Waco Baptist Academy, Past Board President of KLIFE Waco and Past Chairman of the Nominating Committee for Committees of the Baptist General Convention of Texas. Larry also is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Waco Rotary Club and a board member of the Christian Men’s Job Corporation.

Larry and his wife Jean have two sons and two daughters-in-law, all of whom are Baylor Bears and 4 grandchildren. Larry and his family love attending Baylor sporting events in their free time, and Larry enjoys serving as an Adult Bible Study instructor at Columbus Ave. Baptist Church.
