Mark McCunniff began his career in insurance and risk management as a Middle Market Underwriter for The Hartford. After 3 years of experience on the carrier side, he made the decision to transition to an agency and accepted a postion with Bailey Insurance. He currently serves as Vice President of the agency, and his roles include both production and technology support. Mark received his BBA from Baylor University and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.

Through his extensive experience, Mark has established a solid foundation of commercial insurance knowledge. His attention to detail in combination with this foundation enables him to clearly identify risks with current and prospective clients and provide then with the solutions necessary to limit their exposure.

Throughout his career, Mark has been a member of many professional associations. He has served on the Young Insurance Professionals Advisory Council for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, as the Events Director for the Waco Young Professionals Organization within the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and was a previous board member for the Heart of Texas Subcontractors Association.

In his free time, Mark is a member and volunteer at Harris Creek Baptist Church. He has also served on the United Way Investment council with a focus on Financial Stability.
