We get much of our information about you directly from you, such as your name, address, social security number, drivers license number, as well as other personal information that you provide us on applications and other forms. In addition, we may obtain additional information from third parties which may include consumer reports, driving records, doctors’ records and claims history information. This information is then used in underwriting and rating policies on your behalf.
3. Information we may disclose.
We may then share the information we have collected with different insurance companies in an effort to provide you with quality insurance coverages and competitive premiums. This information may also be shared with other employees in our office and outside claims adjusters whose services are required to assure the highest level of service to you. Furthermore, as your insurance policies renew each year, we may share your information with other insurance companies in an attempt to provide you with either better coverages or better premiums than those being offered by your current carrier.
Because we respect and share your concern for privacy, we will not provide information we’ve collected from you to anyone outside of those described above. Furthermore, we will notify you if we make any material change in this privacy notice.

Reasonable care will be taken to protect all information collected about you, and we will restrict access to your non-public personal information by maintaining physical and electronic safeguards. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination.
